FAQ / How to start using the service
In order to become a client of our company, we kindly ask You to complete a quick and simple registration. This requires any page of our website in the upper right corner to click on the link "Register" and fill in the fields for registration. Be sure to carefully select an email address, as it will be Your ID, and all requests to support will be accepted only with the registered email. Then click "Register". Data access to the personal Cabinet will be sent to Your email address, click on the link in the email to activate your account. If You have trouble registering, please contact the staff of our company will help You.
Ordering and payment for VDS/VPS server
After you clicked on the link in the email and activated your account please make a reservation virtual server to do this, go to either from personal account or directly on the site in the Configurator windows vds или linux vds and select the settings You need for the job. If you do not know what parameters you need, choose the minimum. Add resources online at Your request. Read more on the page: Server resources and additional services
Once You have determined the necessary parameters, click "Order". The screen will display information about the ordered configuration, if everything is correct then enter the login name and password, click Login, then put a tick agree with terms of service and click "Checkaut". The virtual server will be created automatically and you will be redirected to your personal Cabinet on the tab "My account". You will only choose the most convenient method of payment for our services in the right side of the account and click "Pay" then You will be redirected to the interface of payment system, then follow the instructions. After payment, an email will be sent with all the details of Your order and in your account the account status will change to "Paid" (paid), if this has not happened, please contact the sales Department email: info@cloudavt.com.
